"Easy Pay" is a quick and convenient way to pay for your monthly cleaning service. "Easy Pay" is for customers who choose the Internet special price.
Easy Pay Enrollment, Policies and Procedures
I agree to use the "Easy Pay" system to prepay for my house cleaning services by Maid Xpress, llc ( weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) on the first of each month that house cleaning services are rendered. Upon initial start up of housecleaning services the monthly payment is charged to my credit or debit card on the day that services are ordered and is pro-rated, thereafter each successive month the "Easy Pay" system will charge my credit or debit card on the 1st of the month. Each cleaning visit is a maximum of 4 hours. The cleaning will range from 1 to 4 hours. If The 4 hour maximum is reached and more time is needed to clean the home then an additional fee of $21.99 per hour charge will apply. ($10.99 1/2 hour fee).
If you the customer would like to no longer be enrolled in "Easy Pay", you must give 30 days notice before your next payment or your card will automatically be charged the monthly fee.
There is no termination fee. There is no binding contract. This form is only an acknowledgment that you have agreed to give Maid Xpress permission to use Easy Pay with your cleaning account. When the customer no longer uses "Easy Pay" then regular cleaning prices/charges will apply. Only "Easy Pay" customers will receive the discounted, less expensive monthly price. If there are 3 cleaning services received within the month instead of 2 cleaning services due to an extra week in some months then you will be charged for the cleaning accordingly.
Your credit card information is kept confidential in a secure computer database.
Easy Pay customers receive less expensive house cleaning services via the internet special prices. "Easy Pay" will deduct the cost of your monthly cleaning services on the 1st of each month. Services will be pro-rated for the month that services begin, then charges will begin on the 1st of the month there after. Please read the policies of "Easy Pay" below.
