All too often we only take the time to send messages of dissatisfaction, but I would like to take time out to let you know how happy I am with the services Shana provided this past Friday. She was by herself when she is normally with one or two other ladies, and she didn't let that bother her. In fact, she had a smile on her face! How many people today show that they actually like their jobs??
I have to say Shana did the BEST job! She was very thorough and took her time. It was obvious that she cared about getting it done right instead of just doing what she could within a certain timeframe, which is even more impressive given that she was by herself.
